I am a proud Latina business owner with years of hands-on bookkeeping experience across a wide range of industries.
My journey has allowed me to work alongside business owners during both prosperous times and some of their most challenging seasons. While others chose to walk away when things became difficult, I stayed—committed to supporting owners, stabilizing their businesses, and helping them navigate uncertainty.
Through that experience, I learned to care for each business as if it were my own.
As a former business owner myself, I deeply understand the hurdles entrepreneurs face. I know what it’s like to wear multiple hats, make tough decisions, and carry the weight of responsibility that comes with building something from the ground up. I also understand how daunting it can be to trust an outsider with your livelihood—your bread and butter. That understanding shapes the way I serve my clients: with care, transparency, and respect.
The name Cruze & Lily is rooted in family, love, and legacy. Cruze honors my grandmother, Maria Cruz, a woman whose strength, resilience, and determination left a lasting imprint on our family. Lily represents my cousin, who is incredibly dear to my heart and always jokingly competed with me for Grandma’s love—a playful rivalry we both know we never truly won. The women in my family have shown me, time and time again: no matter where life places us, we show up fully, give it our all, and never give up.
I began my journey into the tax world through personal experiences of misguidance—experiences that motivated me to learn, grow, and do better. I wanted not only to protect myself, but to better guide and support my bookkeeping clients. That passion is especially strong when serving my Spanish-speaking community, where access to clear, trustworthy financial guidance can make all the difference.
